1.1 This Agreement governs your use of this web site and its associated services (the "Web Service"), which are owned and operated by Rosemary Wooden Webb and Jennifer Wooden Mitchell, Child Lures, Ltd. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions and related companies ("CLP").
1.2 CLP reserves the right, in its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on the Web Service. Your use of the Web Service constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications made by CLP as permitted above. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease use of the Web Service.
2. Use of Content.
2.1 You acknowledge that the Web Service contains information, text, photographs, audio and video clips, graphics and other material that are protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights of CLP or third parties, including but not limited to product names, logos, designs, titles, and words or phrases which may be registered in certain jurisdictions (collectively, the "Content"). You agree to comply with any additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content available on or accessed through the Web Service.
2.2 You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any CLP content, including related printed and/or video materials, in whole or in part, except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement. Anyone wishing to use any CLP content for publication or any other purpose aside from fair use as defined by law, must request and receive prior written permission from CLP. Permission for such use is granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of CLP and Rosemary Wooden Webb and Jennifer Wooden Mitchell. A usage fee may be assessed depending on the type and nature of the proposed use.
2.3 You may not download content on this web site that is indicated to be for sale except under the terms of the sale. Such content is the protected and copyrightable property of CLP. "Free" content may be downloaded for your personal use or noncommercial distribution consistent with the terms defined in this Agreement. When using both purchased and "free" content, you will maintain and include all copyright and other notices contained in such content. Except as expressly permitted by the copyright laws, no copying, storage, redistribution or publication of any content is permitted without the express permission of CLP or the owners of such content or their authorized persons if other than CLP.
3. No Endorsement.
3.1 The Web Service may contain links to sites on the Internet, which are owned and operated by third parties (the "External Sites"). You acknowledge that CLP is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through any External Site. You should contact the site administrator or Webmaster for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such External Sites.
4. MISCELLANEOUS.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, and the parties irrevocably consent to bring any action to enforce this Agreement in the federal or state courts located in Chittenden County in the State of Vermont. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. All provisions hereof shall survive any termination of this Agreement as well as any other revisions which by their terms or sense are intended to survive.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Sexual Abuse Prevention Curricula
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Child Lures Ltd. has permanently closed its doors, effective December 31, 2024.
Child Lures, Ltd. no longer supports, in any capacity, the Think First & Stay Safe™ Adult Training and Youth Curriculum for PreK-6 or the Teen Lures TV Newscast™ School Program for Grades 7-12.
Should your school/organization continue using either curriculum until a replacement is implemented, please note the following important information:
· Insurance Coverage: Child Lures Ltd. will no longer carry Errors & Omissions Insurance Coverage past December 31, 2024.
· Website Closures: Any links or references to 
childluresprevention.teenluresprevention.
· Parent Communication: Schools are now solely responsible for providing parents with grade-specific program overviews. Any reference to Child Lures Prevention/Teen Lures Prevention's email, phone number or website should be removed and replaced with your school/organization's contact information.
· Copyright Notice: The materials provided through the Think First & Stay Safe™ and Teen Lures TV Newscast™ curriculum are protected by copyright and may only be used as part of these specific educational programs. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution, including the incorporation of this content into other programs, is strictly prohibited.
